After trying to upgrade to v 7.1.14 the Admin overview asks me to To reactivate geolocation, load the new data.
I do that but it bumps me into the Wsnlinks Guided Start startup UI after it loads the batches. And still shows reactivate geolocation, load the new data in the admin Overview.

I see there's an extraneous copy of that message in the template, removed for the next release. At any rate, your data is loaded and the message is wrong.
