First you need to upgrade it -- to 5.0.88 at minimum and preferably 5.1. 5.0.54 is not supported. Once you've upgraded, if the problem persists fill out http://www.wsnlinks.com/inspection.html
Please note there have been critical security vulnerabilities in your version for a long time, so you should presume your server to be under the control of hackers. Merely upgrading does not necessarily remove their control, there are many ways they can keep a foothold. Recent WSN series have an antivirus scan you can run, but for an old version you can ask your web host to check for evidence of hackings.
