I think we need more control over what is loaded in the header. For example, I do not use thickbox very often, I use another lighbox script, so removing thickbox would be good on some projects.
I also like to use the Google hosted jquery file rather than a local copy.
Can we have the ability to choose which items are loaded in the header?
Thickbox is required for the slideshows, I'll change it to set it to only be included when one of the slideshow switches is on. If you're doing a custom slideshow you can turn the slideshow switches off and use custom code.
To use google's jquery, I could add a tweak option. If you need it now I can prioritize it for $20.
