It automatically maps them, and copies over any custom usergroups so that you have the same usergroups in the integrated script as in the integratee script. After that they're configured separately though, so you can specify different permissions in each script. (Not all permissions are applicable to all scripts or mean the same thing, so configuring separately seems necessary.)

We want to integrate Links with Classifieds.
Will Usergroups have the same or different permissions?
For example, we want to limit the number of listings in Links to 10 and limit the number of postings in Classifieds to 50.
Is this automatically done or is mapping required?
