I've downloaded the latest version of WSN links - 6.0.17 - and there is no javascriptheader.js

That file is generated by the script to make it correct for your site's switches, it's not included in the download. Did it not appear after you installed?

Are you sure your directory permissions allow it to create a file? When I delete mine it reappears on the next page view.
