Go away SPAMMER. Your link 'popularity' services do not use any means of SPAM? Well if they are natural links, why do you need to get involved? Your way of marketing your company certainly does involve SPAM.
For RSS feeds, you can use rssfeed.php?type=listings&thecondition=type!='regular' to show a feed that excludes a type (regular here).
For google sitemaps, no, not currently possible. Could do it as a $25 customization project, I'd add a tweak to specify a limiting condition. I could add another tweak for listing RSS feeds so you don't have to change the URL, for an additional $10.
