Unable to find a solution in the admin SEO area, I had to replace {LINKEMAILURL} with email.php?id={LINKID} into my details template to invoke the email.php form.
In SEO it's listed as:
{LINKREWRITEPATH}/email-{LINKTITLE}-{ ;LINKID}.html
It of course becomes:
mypath/email-mytitle-1.html
this link doesn't do anything except for reload the page back to:
mypath/mytitle-1.html
Could just be something I'm not doing right in the SEO section, but just in case it's a bug I thought I'd mention it.
