Hate to bring this up again but I have been monitoring the daily digests and they are still not right. I have had to turn subscriptions off :-(
First of all, any emails that should be going to me aren't. Looking at the log they are there but without an email address in the To column.
Hubby is signed up for the daily digest and receives two a day, within an hour or two of each other and are duplicates. Even if there are no updates he still gets them.
The email log is impossible to look at properly because half of it is off-screen and there is no scroll bar at the bottom.
The main obvious difference is that he is a member and I am an administrator. Apart from that he has no to "Allow e-mails from other users?" while I have yes. He has post editor plain while I have wysiwyg. Other than that our profiles are identical
I attach a screen shot of my email log - as you can see the last three columns, as shown in your screen shot, are off my screen so cannot be seen. You will also see that a number of emails have been sent to me (hello webmaster) but there is no email addy in the To column and I am not receiving them.
My problem is that it's getting links added in the past day (which are also validated), not links validated in the past day. So there are never any applicable links unless you're really quick to approve. Once I fix that, I get the digest.
I've no idea how to recreate your missing "to" issue though.

Testing. Haven't received anything yet but the email logs look like it's working: http://www.webmastersite.net/screenshots/15272.jpg
Any idea what the differences are between your accounts/subscriptions and his?

Confirmed that I'm not receiving the digest. Still no idea why.
