I have a top-level category which has members cannot submit links (different to the default).

I have "Should subcategories inherit permissions from their parents?" set to yes.

However, new sub-categories still allow members to submit a link.

I don't think I actually changed anything, but now it's setting correctly on regeneration when it wasn't before...

Made it auto-apply on submit.
