Link owners are not receiving notifications on new comments published on their links. This email is very important for them to be aware of what's being commented on his publication and for them to reply soon. This problem happens using digest notifications and accepting receiving notifications on every new post.
I suggest to have a function at timedactions.php just for link owners this in order to sent them a notification on every new post published on their link. Maybe we shall have a new language item on this too ?
Seems most practical to restrict this option to members. Letting guests subscribe via email with an account makes things much more complicated.
Only flaw with that I see is for people subscribed to every new listing, they get every but their own -- fixed to include own when specifically subscribed to it.

Yes this function shall be for members as the can activate/deactivate it.
I notice the update on 5.0 series,
but still awaiting for the 4.1 series update in order to check it working please.
