Using subdomains as top level categories. I can no longer stay logged in when I enter a url like night-life.inpanamacity.com. When I go back to the index, eg, www.inpanamacity.com I'm still logged in.
In System Configuration, I have the cookie Path blank, and I have .inpanamacity.com in the Domain field.
I have cleared cookies several times and restarted the browser, without any change in the behavior.
I also tried with different browsers, IE, Firefox 2.x and Firefox 3.x, just to see if there was a difference.. no change.

Cookies are being created as myName@night-life.inpanamacity.com or myName@real-estate.inpanamacity.com
Cookie contents start with something like:
testcookie

I use the cookie path / but the rest is the same. No apparent issues.

No help doing the Path = '/'. Stay logged in on the home page, not logged in on subdomain pages.

You've set a tweak in tweaks.php to force the cookie domain and path to be blank.

Thanks Paul. I set the values in tweaks.php to "/" and ".inpanamacity.com" and it seems to be working fine now.
Dunno why I changed that..
