I recently did an upgrade (not to version 5) and now I cannot seem to log into the Admin. After I log in and I click control panel it asks me to log in.
I've found some othere posts about this but can't seem to get it to work.
As Paul mentioned in the above link "If it tells you you're logging in, but then redirects to a screen showing you're not logged in, that means you have a cookie problem. Some security software blocks cookies, so check your security software as well as your web browser settings."
With the new FireFox browser it seem security is stepped up and I had to allow my Links Directory to create cookies and it fixed the situation.

Create a new account on your site (just a normal account) and remember the username.
Go to your database in PHPMYADMIN and browse the members table and find the member you just created.
Click edit
In the field "usergroup", change it to 3
Now log into admin using the new member you created.

That's not how my firefox 3 works, but I guess you accidentally selected manual cookie approval.
