I updated to version 4.1.64 and then run update.php.
When the front page - index.php - comes up it does not show the sub-categories which it did before.
When you click through to categories you can see the sub categories on that page. How can I make the sub categories appear on front page, as before? Can you advise?

But what I do see, which I shouldn't, is {LOADSTATS}

{LOADSTATS} was in 4.0 era templates, one of the reasons the instructions say to overwrite templates between 4.0 and 4.1.
There's a huge white gap which probably relates to the 43 html errors and 73 html warnings.
