I have also tried using the "Send this email to all members" option and that only sent out 1 email. Not even the admin rec'd it, only 1 of the 2 members received it.
Thank you for enabling that for me, I appreciate it.
As far as emailing all members apparently the "Accept e-mails from site administrator?" option was set to No for the ones that did not recieve the emails. I KNOW it was set to yes not sure how it changed, but in any case everyone can receive emails now. Thanks.

I noticed you changed the line in this template from
Send this email to members where their
<select name="field">{OPTIONSMEMBERFIELDS}</select>
to
Send this email to members where their
<select name="field">{FUNC_GENERATEFIELDOPTIONS[members]}</select>
which has removed to option to choose "email". Although I am using emails as usernames choosing "name" doesn't find any matches.
