Comments on Link vars not working in comment email

URL isn't available. Will try enabling link vars automatically for comments in 5.0 -- way too risky for 4.1, there are likely obscure spots this'll break.

Thanks for letting me know that URLs aren't available, but if they can be enabled in 5.0 I think it would be nice.
