Actually Paul, it's NOT working on the sandbox. Just submitted a link w/o an expiration date and assigned it to myself instead of you so I could get the email. This is what I got -

Yes, recieved the email now. I am actually doing it when submitting. Could an assignment upon submission be handled differently than an assignment upon editing?
