Comments on Reciprocal Link URL Not Correct

I have this information correct in Site Details under System Configuration, but it seems to be pulling this information from the Installation URL. I want people to link to my actual homepage, and NOT my link directory. Can anyone help please? My directory is not live yet...still configuring and testing! thanks so much!
