At Admin-> Send E-mails,

A customizable default bottom text saying something like:

" If you do not want to continue receiving administrator emails please deactivate this switch of your member profile at ......."

Paul,

This is a general email signature that will be inserted to all outgoing emails.

So this phrase here can confuse as not all outgoing emails can be selected not to be received.

Also at language items we already have the corrsponding phrase at the corresponding ourgoing emails.

What we do not have is the default phrase at the mass emails send by admin.
