Although i have set to check for duplicate URLs on submission, the following combinations don't work:

existing www.google.com, i can submit www.google.com,
existing google.com, i can submit www.google.com

Using 4.1.18, i can't add any link which has an extension used already in the directory.

Suppose i already have a link "www.something.com", i can't add "www.other.com" because of the .com extension, i can add "www.other.cov" for example.

This happens when i set both "Check for duplicates.." and "Disallow any reuse.."
