Comments on upgrade to 4,1 RC 2

You must upload at least the languages/setup directory. WSN Links 4.1.0 RC 2 but i have this directory Languages (chmod777) / setup (chmod777) / .lng (chmod666) x2 how to fix that please ? I don't see how you could not have one, but upload either languages/setup/englishonly.lng (english) or languages/setup/fullenglish.lng (multilingual) to /languages/.
