Is there any way that I can get the email notification of items requiring validation to be sent to ALL administrators? At the moment it only goes to the original one.

It goes to the official administrative address, so a workaround could be to have that forward to multiple addresses.

Will make 4.1 send to all admins, makes more sense that way really.
