I upgraded from 3.4 to 4.0.28. I chose english-only, but I guess I had multi-language installed before, as things are a bit screwy now. I have Dutch as the default language. When going into the language admin, all the dropdowns are empty, and I don't see anywhere else to switch it. How can I get this switched back to english? Thanks.
Upload /languages/setup/fullenglish.lng to /languages/. Default and selected language is determined at Admin -> Customizations -> Language and in the registration defaults.
