I have the following...

but the pop-up doesn't have scrollbars. Can somebody help by telling me what it should be

If you look at where popups are used in the current templates it has
<a href="index.php?custom=yes&TID=codes&headerfooter=no&trimhtmlto=10" target="win" onClick="window.open('','win','width=610,height=400,scrollbars=yes');">WSN Codes</a>
