How can one post RSS feeds, really just the first 1-3 headlines, from websites listed in the WSN Links directory?
I have a bunch of websites with RSS feeds, and I was thinking it would be helpful for people browsing the links directory if they could see the lastest headlines from each website.
Any suggestions on how to do this?
Could this be incorporated into future WSN Links editions?
Thanks. Though I don't see the RSS feed switch in my admin Settings -> Switches interface.
Is it possible that it doesn't exist in my version of WSN Links? I bought it in early December, and notice that the first date on the RSS manual page is November 23.
It doesn't exist yet, I revised the manual entry yesterday and haven't released a version since then. You can download it in a couple of days.
What you have available, as was written there originally in November, is a <!-- BEGIN FEED --> area that works only when the url of the link is a feed -- thus not very useful for your purpose.
