Fixed for 4.0.5. Actually though it led me to discover a bigger problem -- the options to change the destination after deleting/editing a category have mysteriously vanished from the manage redirects page. Will have to put them back in.

I tried to create categories using the bulk add ie. title1[,]title2[,]title3[,]...titlen[,]
And for some reason I got a "blank" titled category. Which I deleted. I regenerated and when I go to edit the "show links in category" template I am getting the same error as mentioned in this thread when I try to preview the changes before committing them. However, the page renders fine on its own otherwise.
You got a blank category because you have nothing at the end there, don't type a [,] unless you plan to type a category name, just as you normally use a comma in language.

after deleting a category and after the continue page I get "WSN Links is unable to render this page. The reason is described below:
A value being set isn't numeric when it should be."

It appears that if there are NO links in the first category this condition above arises.
