After setting the "Use apache mod_rewrite URL rewriting?" to YES and changing it back to NO. My custom attachments THUMBNAILS no long show up. All the attachments are deleted from the attachments directory

What's the url of the thumbnail? Is it not getting absolutized? Also, is it for links, members, categories?
