If you're doing the navitation in the wrapper, {NAVIGATION} won't do you much good since it doesn't include the name of the current page. What you'd need is a single template variable that contains the entire navigation. Not currently possible.

{LANG_NAVORIGIN} - work
{NAVIGATION} - dont work on some pages when in wrapper
