Hi all, i am currently using version 3.4.6 but i found out that smiles are not working, using mod rewrite feature. Does that have something to do with it? I can click on the smile and insert it but the smile wont show once comment approved. Thanks!

In WYSIWYG mode smilies need to be dragged instead of clicked, and don't work in Opera. I don't know of any other smilie issues.

I had a problem with the smile option not working too When I enable the option to combine the comments with the details page, they no longer work by clicking on them, if I disable that option they work fine..

Your issue seems unrelated to the original poster's, but the combined details and comments template is missing the javascript, copy over 
<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">
<!--
function update(msg) {document.commentform.message.value += msg;}
//-->
</script>
to the top of it.
