It works for me, no idea how you manage to generate an error especially since you haven't indicated what you're doing with it. Anyhow it's a public domain licensed script which you can do whatever you want with, including sell it. It's not supported except by anyone who happens to feel like it.

still a minor bug, I guess: "internal server error" when submitteremail is left empty (PHP Version 4.4.2)
