the server that my site is on was hacked, some files were modified.

So, I replace almost all files, but browser title and navigation title still mess up.

First, my Page Titles Scheme is 
{LANG_TITLE_BASE}{LANG_TITLE_DIVIDER}{AREA}




Second, if I go to the 'Computers' subacategory, the navigation bar shows something exactly like 
{LANG_NAVORIGIN} Computers


Can anyone tell me how I can fix both?

To replace your language, delete your languages/default.lng and upload languages/setup/englishonly.lng to languages/setup/ to replace it. Or fullenglish if using multilingual.
