2. Static html has no connection whatsoever to mod_rewrite. I recommend using mod_rewrite, I do not recommend running a static html site as you lose all dynamic features... though some people do this.

1. When I am using WSN links, what are the tips and tricks to minimize server load?
2. WSN links generates static html pages. Is this by .htaccess rewrite module or any other method?
