Currently the admin directory path is hardcoded as "admin" in a few different language places (email report link, comment, etc..)

I'm one of those that have to rename the admin directory, would it be better to put {DIRURL}/[IFADMINadmin/] in the language by default?

It should use {ADMINDIR}, I'll go check through for that.
