Comments on validate links no email sent

Don't feel alone, with the vast options available it's not hard to miss something. I have tried to get into the habit of looking no less than 3 times through all the settings and options when I've gotten stuck. ..even then sometimes I have to read an option description over several times trying to decide which meaning I'm thinking of is applicable.
