Version 3.20 has a feature called "moderator notes". Maybe it is explained in the manual somewhere so please direct me in that case. Otherwise I would appreciate some explanation here. Thanks.
It's basically useless for a links directory... generally unused even on forums. If you had a bunch of moderators they could make notes about users there.
