I want all links to open in a new framed window - you know the sort - a narrow top frame allowing them to rate that site.
How do I do it please?

I remember several people doing this. I think the method was to throw a custom template over the link details page with wrapper eliminated, and link to that: link.php?action=detail&id={LINKID}&custom=yes&TID=custom-framed&usewrapper=no
