Birthday not Work - not saved during registration

If a new member want to register, and fill the options fields of the birthday, birthyear,...

the options will not be saved during registration.

If the member edit the profile and insert the birthdate again, it works and the birthday will be saved.

Please tell me were I can find a solution for that.
