Has anyone figured out how to create an RSS feed for WSN Links that feedburner.com can read?
It seems that feedburner doesn't like all the non-text characters that are used in the rss url, such as:
feed://www.elementlist.com/lnx/rssfeed.php?type=links&number=5&field=time&ascdesc=descending&condition=catid=56

has anyone gotten technorati to feed their WSN Links content?

You can always set up a simpler feed.xml copy in the static pages area of your admin panel.
Your feed doesn't work for me, but I'm not having any trouble with links.webmastersite.net/rss...ld=time&ascdesc=descending using aKregator (I presume all readers should be similar).
