My sig works in firefox, but yours doesn't. I see the problem in the source though even in opera: <a href="http://www.magic-directory.com" target="_blank"> <a href="http://www.magic-directory.com</a>" target="_blank">http://www.magic-directory.com</a></a>
Will try to figure out why your sig does that when mine doesn't... the length of the url maybe.

Any link in signatures [in this forum] is malformed with an extra </A> resulting in a URL with %3C/a%3E on the end - which gives a 404 error

Testing. All I do is point to my signature and observe that you haven't described the actual procedure I should follow, whatever it is.

I though it was just my sig was bad, but if you look at the first post in https://www.webmastersite.net/forums/thread/5753
http://www.pocketpcskin.com - is actually
http://www.pocketpcskin.com</a%3E%3C/a%3E
All I did was put the URL of my site in the signature box in Options, maybe we are supposed to add some other code around it?

If I look at the first post there, the link in both the post and the sign are correct and normal. Sure you didn't mean some other thread?
I recall seeing link problems in sigs at one time in the past, but haven't lately.

I just figured out that it's browser dependant. In IE and Opera, my signature above links ok.
In FireFox it's http://www.magic-directory.com</a%3E e.g. it's followed by </A>
Very strange - FireFox is my default and I have very few problems with it.
