Not sure if this is meant to be like this but thought i would check first before adding.
A few of the lines in templates have had an extra few characters added as below:
<a href="index.php?custom=yes&
amp;
TID=tos&usewrapper=no"
instead of
<a href="index.php?custom=yes&TID=tos&usewrapper=no"
Are they meant to be added or not.

If you ever write a plain & in a url in HTML you're violating the W3C specs, and it'll tell you it's not valid html you run your page through a validator.
