I get no errors when logged in as Admin. When I visit site as a user I get this error on the first visit. It is normally listed 10 times in a row.

It must be a timed action, but I can't find which one it would be. If you could somehow get the debug of it that would be useful.

There are no errors in your debug output there, that's just a normal page.
The crons feature in 3.3 will make it more possible to test timed actions.
