I have just gone through a duplicates check and have delted all the copies. I then regenerated all counters. When I ran the duplicates check again, it found all of the same duplicates.
When the deletions system changed the duplicate checker wasn't updated. They're deleted, it's just still checking them as if they weren't. Fix will probably be uploaded in the next day or two, thread will be marked as fixed at that time.
Are you sure it is fixed? I've tested the duplicate checker the first time now and I get always the same links. But in the first time I deleted all of these links. (On 3.3.1)
The deletions issue was fixed. In a quick test I can't seem to get anything to come up as a duplicate link though, so unless I'm forgetting something about what makes a duplicate there may be something broken completely unrelated to what you're talking about.
