custom rating field
Adding new field gives an error

I just created a new field for rating and I got this after adding the field:

Warning: fopen(../templates/default/suggestlink.tpl): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/main/public_html/site/links/filefunctions.php on line 150

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/main/public_html/site/links/filefunctions.php on line 151

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/main/public_html/site/links/filefunctions.php on line 152

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/main/public_html/site/links/filefunctions.php on line 153


It says it created the new field but should I be getting this error?
