I just noticed this today - don't know how long this has been happening and if it's a result of one of the latest versions.
Whenever I edit a link that happens to also be in my Link Collection, it disappears from my link collection after I make the edit. I tried this with several links and I was able to reproduce it every time on my site.
I was not able to reproduce this on the demo, but the demo appears to be running 3.13.
I've fixed it for myself, but I'm not uploading until some other things are done. Too frequent of uploads just makes things more unstable. Also, the fix will only help newly-added link list items since old ones weren't getting inalbum properly set to 1.
No, the category ids are just numbers, the only way to tell if a link is in a link list is the field that hasn't been getting set. I can get it to update on regeneration though, I see.
Note that if you don't have aliasing enabled for your usergroup you don't encounter the problem.

Must be getting un-aliased, and you can't reproduce in the demo because you don't have permission to alias there probably. Will check.

Is there any way I can use the Advanced Options/Perform Mass Alterations to fix the old link items?
