The pagination of my directory shows every page in the category, while I've set the "Show next and previous X pages, plus first and last" in Settings -> General appearance to 3.
I've uploaded the orginal template: shows the same. I upgraded to 3.16: problem still there.
The "showperpage" setting in the database is correctly saved at the mentioned value of 3.

Using mod_rewrite by any chance? I'm not sure if it limits them with mod_rewrite before 3.2.

Yes, I'm using mod_rewrite. I've set it off, and the pagination is displayed correctly.
I understand that this will be solved in 3.20?
