Hi,

I would like to change the title of my email subject lines. Now, all my outgoing emails are contact. Since i used contact@mydomain.com. So i suppose the title is also contact. Where do i change the subject line to Mydomain.com. I looked upon the manual but cant seem to find it. Pls help.

Thanks.

Click 'edit outgoing emails' in your admin panel. I don't know what you mean by titles being 'contact', and Mydomain.com would surely make a very odd subject line.

Hi Paul,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. What i mean is the from line. Like when i open my emails, it says contact - New Link Added blah blah blah... So i would like to change the contact to MyDomain so that people will know that this email comes from mydomain instead of contact.

I'd suppose that could be done with however a standard email does it. I think emails use Name <x@y.com> so you could list that as being your administrative email, though I've never tried it.

Yes, I wanted to do this too. That format doesn't work. Nor do square brackets.

On a test, I see it was showing me & l t; and & g t ;. If I posted the code change it'd just get messed up by literal interpretation on the forum, so I'll just upload the change in the next few days.
