So, do you have any stylesheets? Simply try to view on your browser directly. If your browser can't view your styles/default.css then the script can't either, because you didn't upload it or made the directory off limits.
There is /styles/default.css. I changed the permission of the styles/ folder to 755, now the script is working! Maybe you can specifically include in the manual to set the permission of the styles folder to 755 so to eliminate guesswork. Thanks very much for a wonderful script! I have yet to find another links script that is better. WSNLinks has always been an awesome script even from its earliest version.

I have installed everything follwing the manual for fresh installation.
This is the message I get after installation when going to directory or admin, "You do not have any stylesheets!"
